To provide a splash prevention device, a prevention method, and a prevention platform for toxic substance capable of preventing toxic substance generated during excavation operation from splashing and improving working environment without causing a short-circuit in a machine used in the operation.SOLUTION: A splash prevention method for toxic substance comprises steps of discharging from an outlet 120 compressed-air supplied from a pumping device body 110 along a wall surface 210 of a building 200 in a strip-like form to a surrounding side wall in an operation area from the upper part to the lower part of the building 200, and sucking air including dust of coating material 220 moved by the compressed-air discharged from the outlet 120 for purification in the operation area with a sucking device 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
