STEEL PIPE JOINING STRUCTURE IN GROUND REINFORCEMENT METHOD
To provide a steel pipe joining structure, as a steel pipe joining structure for forming a pile-like ground reinforcement body by joining a plurality of steel pipes, which does not require welding work at a construction site, in which joining structure is simple and a work is easy to have excellent workability, and which can easily secure joining quality.SOLUTION: A steel pipe joining structure in a ground reinforcement method which makes a steel pipe penetrate underground by a rotary pressing-in method comprises: vertically long rod-like bodies 3 welded to be fixed to outer faces of upper and lower steel pipes 1 and 2 abutted on each other to be joined; a curved plate 4 having long holes 4a with a contour engaged with the upper and lower rod-like bodies and having a cross section along the pipe outer faces; upper and lower bolts 6 penetrating bolt insertion holes provided in upper and lower parts of the curved plate 4 and bolt insertion holes provided in the upper and lower steel pipes at the same position; and a nut 7 screwed with each bolt to be fastened. A feature of the ground reinforcement method that a property against a bending force and a tensile force (a pulling-out force) acting on a pile-like ground reinforcement body in an earthquake is not required is effectively utilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の鋼管を接合して杭状地盤補強体を形成するための鋼管接合構造として、施工現場での溶接作業が不要となるだけでなく、接合構造がシンプルかつ作業が容易で施工性が極めて良好であり、接合品質の確保も容易な鋼管接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管を回転圧入工法により地中に貫入して行う地盤補強工法における鋼管接合構造であって、接合すべく突き合わせた上下の鋼管1、2の外面にそれぞれ溶接固定された縦長の棒状体3と、上下の棒状体がそれぞれ嵌合する輪郭の長孔4aを有しかつ管外面に沿う断面形状を有する湾曲板4と、湾曲板4の上下部にそれぞれ設けたボルト挿通孔と同位置にて上下の鋼管にそれぞれ設けたボルト挿通孔とを貫通する上下のボルト6と、各ボルトに螺合し締着するナット7とを備える。曲げ力や地震時に杭状地盤補強体に作用する引張力(引き抜き力)に対する性能を要求されない地盤補強工法の特徴を有効に生かした。【選択図】図1
