To provide a housing exhibition facility with which it is easy to associate living space with building structural technology and understand housing structures.SOLUTION: A housing exhibition facility 1 is an exhibition facility for experiencing a living space and includes a model housing part 2 where a model living space is formed, a technical explanation part 3 that is formed adjacent to the model housing part and explains building structure technology of the model housing part and a first wall body W1 installed at the boundary between the model housing part and the technical explanation part. The first wall body has a first wall finishing material that forms a wall surface on the model housing part side, and a second wall finishing material that forms a wall surface on the technical explanation part side, the second wall finishing material is partially removed so that the internal structure of the first wall body can be visually recognized from the technical explanation part side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
