ATTACHMENT METAL FITTING FOR CEILING SUBSTRATE, ERECTION UNIT USING THEREOF AND ATTACHMENT METHOD OF ERECTION UNIT
To provide an attachment metal fitting excellent in workability in an attic, an erection unit using thereof and an attachment method of the erection unit.SOLUTION: An attaching metal fitting 1 is to be attached on a T-bar 5, the attaching metal fitting 1 being provided with a metal body 2, clamping members 3 placed opposite to the metal body 2, and a fixing part 4 fixing the clamping members 3 on the metal body 2, wherein the fixing part 4 can be switched over between in a temporal engaging state where the clamp members 4 can swing and in a final fixing state where the clamp members 4 cannot swing. The attaching metal fitting 1 comprises: a fixing side clamp part 8 and a movable side clamping part 16 clamping a head part 41 of the T-bar 5; narrow part 25, 26 as an anti-falling part preventing the head part 41 from falling from clamp parts on a lower part of each of the clamp parts; and on a lower part of the anti-falling part, an insertion opening part 29 to which the head part 41 is inserted in the clamp part, a lower side of the insertion opening part 29 is wider than an upper side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】天井裏での作業性に優れた取付金具、その取付金具を用いた架設ユニットおよび架設ユニットの取付工法を提供する。【解決手段】Tバー5に取り付ける取付金具1であって、取付金具1は、金具本体2と、金具本体2に対向して配置される挟持部材3と、金具本体2と挟持部材3を固定する固定部4とを備え、固定部4は、挟持部材4を揺動可能な状態で保持する仮止め状態と、挟持部材4を揺動不能な状態で固定する本締め状態に切り替え可能であり、取付金具1は、Tバー5の頭部41を挟持する固定側挟持部8と可動側挟持部16を有し、各挟持部の下方には、前記頭部41が前記挟持部から脱落するのを防止する抜止部である絞り部25、26を有し、前記抜止部の下方には、前記頭部41を前記挟持部に挿入する挿入口部29を有し、前記挿入口部29は、上側よりも下側が広く開口している。【選択図】図2
