ANCHOR BOLT POSITION AUTOMATIC GUIDANCE DEVICE
To provide an anchor bolt position automatic guidance device that allows a wooden house to float while keeping the house almost horizontal due to force of flooded water, and that, when the flooded water lowers, automatically returns the wooden house to its original position.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt position automatic guidance device includes: an anchor bolt having a cap with a small hole in a center attached to a tip end thereof, which is embedded in a base; and a sandwich-type coupling device for fixing the foundation and the anchor bolt attached to a top face of the foundation of a wooden house. The sandwich-type coupling device is fixed to the anchor bolt below the cap, a wire rope automatic winding device is attached to the sandwich-type coupling device, and a wire rope is inserted into the small hole of the cap and fixed. A plurality of external buoyancy members with hardware for disconnection for releasing the fixation between the sandwich-type coupling device and the anchor bolt, is placed around the foundation. The anchor bolt position automatic guidance device is configured so that, when the external buoyancy member floats up due to force of water, the hardware for disconnection releases the connection between the sandwich type coupling device and the anchor bolt to allow the wooden house to float up, and when the water lowers, the wire rope automatic winding device winds the wire rope to return the wooden house to an original position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】氾濫した水の力で木造住宅を概ね水平を保った状態で浮き上がらせ、水が引く際に木造住宅を自動的に元の位置に戻せる復元装置の提供。【解決手段】基礎に埋設したアンカーボルトの先端に、中心部に小穴のあるキャップを取り付け、木造住宅の土台上面に、土台とアンカーボルトを固定するため挟込み式連結装置を取り付け、キャップの下部のアンカーボルトを挟込み式連結装置で固定し、挟込み式連結装置にワイヤーロープ自動巻取り装置を取り付け、ワイヤーロープをキャップの小穴に挿入固定し、挟込み式連結装置とアンカーボルトとの固定解除のため、連結解除用金物を取り付けた外部浮力部材を土台の周囲に配置し、水の力で外部浮力部材が浮き上がることで連結解除用金物が挟込み式連結装置とアンカーボルトとの連結を解除し木造住宅を浮上させ、水が引く際にワイヤーロープ自動巻取り装置がワイヤーロープを巻き取り木造住宅が元の位置に戻るようにした。【選択図】図４
