FLOOR PANEL SUPPORT DEVICE AND BASE ISOLATION DOUBLE FLOOR STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD

To solve the problem in which, since it is difficult to hold floor surfaces of opposite floor panels flush with each other, there is poor resistance to earthquakes.SOLUTION: A floor panel support device of the present invention comprises a support leg including a double thread male screw part provided with a coarse thread and a fine thread smaller in pitch than the coarse thread, a ball caster for supporting a floor panel, a support plate having a female screw part that screws one male screw part of the double threads, and a nut that screws the other male screw part of the double threads. Floor surface of each floor panel can hold flush with each other because axially perpendicular direction vibration external force is absorbed by a ball rotation of the ball caster, and looseness of the screw parts is prevented by a double nut effect due to different pitch screwing. Also a floor panel mounted to a ball upper part does not slide over the ball in horizontal all directions because the floor panel is connected to the wall of the structure by a damper. And a base isolation double floor structure giving a base isolation effect can be constructed because vibration from a structure foundation floor surface is eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】相対する床パネル同士の床面の面一保持が困難であり、地震に対して弱い面がある。【解決手段】本発明の床パネル支持装置は並目螺子と前記並目螺子より小さいピッチの細目螺子とを施された二重螺子雄ネジ部を設けた支持脚と、床パネルを支持するボールキャスターと、前記二重螺子の一方の雄ネジ部に螺合する雌ネジ部を有する支持板と、前記二重螺子の他方の雄ネジ部に螺合するナットとからなり、軸直角方向振動外力がボールキャスターのボール回転により吸収され、ピッチの異なる螺合によるダブルナット効果でネジ部の緩みが防げ、床パネル同士の床面の面一保持が出来、また、床パネルがダンパーにより建造物の壁に接続されているため、ボール上部に載置された床パネルがボール上を水平全方向にスライドすることなく、また、建造物基礎床面からの揺れをも除くため、免振効果を得る免振二重床構造としての施工ができる。【選択図】図１
