CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING STRUCTURE CREATING OPEN INDOOR SPACE CAPABLE OF BEING DIVIDED FREELY
To provide a construction technology capable of obtaining an open wide residential space in a wooden building structure, allowing high strength to a vertical load and a horizontal load as well, capable of dividing such space area freely and easily, enabling addition or rearrangement or the like even after construction and allowing construction in various configurations.SOLUTION: In an open indoor space in which a horizontal structural plane is provided at at least two layers, a floor of a second floor and a roof beam face, the horizontal structural plane is obtained by a lattice assembly assembled with orthogonal horizontal members and a reinforcement board for the horizontal structural plane fitted and fixed and a bearing wall obtained by an allowable stress calculation in a relation between the horizontal structural plane and a column supporting this is arranged, a vertical load from a roof is borne by a second floor outer wall, the vertical load of the roof and the second floor is borne by a first floor outer wall, a horizontal load by an earthquake and a wind is borne by the horizontal structural plane of the two layers and an outer periphery structural wall of the first floor and the second floor, a need for an inside wall of the open indoor space is removed or reduced and a partition wall capable of being arranged freely is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造建築物において、開放された広い居住空間を得ることができると供に、垂直荷重及び水平荷重に対しても高い強度を備え、係る空間領域を自由且つ容易に間仕切りでき、施工後においても追加や再配置等も容易とし、多様な構成の施工を可能とする施工技術の提供。【解決手段】少なくとも2階床と小屋梁面の二層に水平構面を備え、該水平構面は直交する横架材で組まれた格子組と水平構面用強化板とが嵌合によって固定され、該水平構面とこれを支持する柱との関係において許容応力度計算から求められる耐力壁を配置した開放室内空間を得て、屋根からの垂直荷重は2階外壁で負担し、屋根と2階の垂直荷重は1階外壁で負担し、地震及び風のよる水平荷重は前記二層の水平構面と1階及び2階の外周構造壁とで負担し、前記開放室内空間の内部壁を不要とし若しくは減少させ、自由配置可能な間仕切り壁を配置する構成を採用した。【選択図】図1
