LOW HEAT STORAGE WOODEN COMPOSITE BUILDING MATERIAL
To provide low heat storage composite building material with a low foam property (specific gravity 0.7 to 0.9) and a manufacturing method thereof made from wood flour of 10 to 30 wt.% by effectively using a character consistently producing a foaming state through evaporation of residual moisture in the wood flour during a molding process even when additional amount of chemical foaming material is 1 wt.% or less in resin raw material.SOLUTION: Low heat storage wooden composite is configured to form a surface layer part 2 formed using plastic material with a polystyrene ratio, 65 wt.% or more and wood flour including moisture outside of a base layer part 3, wherein the wood flour is dispersed inside of the surface layer part 2 as well as a number of foams 6 originated from moisture included in the wood flour is formed inside of the surface layer part 2, and protruded parts 4 and trough parts 5 are formed on an outer surface of the surface layer part 2 to produce the surface layer part 2 with a specific gravity of 0.7 to 0.9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化学発泡剤の添加量を樹脂原料の1重量%以下に抑えた場合でも、成形工程において木粉の残留水分等が蒸発することにより安定的に発泡状態となる特徴を活かして、10~30重量%の木粉から得られる低発泡(比重0.7~0.9)の低蓄熱性木質合成建材、及び、その製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリスチレンの割合が65重量%以上であるプラスチック系材料と、水分を含有する木粉とを用いて成形された表層部2が、基層部3の外側に形成され、表層部2の内部に木粉が分散するとともに、木粉の含有水分に由来する多数の気泡6が表層部2の内部に形成され、表層部2の外側表面に凸部4及び谷部5が形成され、表層部2の比重が、0.7~0.9であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
