To provide an illuminating device that can be embedded in a ceiling while having good heat dissipation performance, and can be detached easily and safely.SOLUTION: A ceiling fitting device 100 comprises a fitting mechanism 50 detachably fitted at an arbitrary position of a wiring duct 120 arranged above a ceiling surface 101, and a housing 21 housing a functional operation part 23, and comprising a window part 22 on a lower surface side opposite to the fitting mechanism 50. While the fitting mechanism 50 is fitted to the wiring duct 120, a space S is provided between the housing 21 and the ceiling surface 101 beside the housing 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
