To provide a concrete curing structure and a concrete curing method which are excellent in workability and have high heat insulation effects.SOLUTION: A curing structure 2 for heat-insulating and moisturizing an installation surface of concrete 4 includes a curing material 6 laid on an installation surface of the concrete 4, in which the curing material 6 includes a vacuum heat insulation material layer 10 arranged therein and a protective layer 12 arranged so as to surround the vacuum heat insulation material layer 10, and the protective layer 12 is composed of a bead method foam molded integrally with the vacuum heat insulation material layer 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
