To provide a toilet management method, a toilet management system, a toilet management device, and a toilet management program which enable a reduction in congestion in toilet rooms.SOLUTION: A toilet management method for managing the congestion states of a plurality of toilet rooms is provided, comprising: an usage information obtaining step of obtaining usage information regarding the usage states of the plurality of toilet rooms; a congestion state determining step of determining the actual congestion states of the plurality of toilet rooms, based on the obtained usage information; a congestion state adjusting step of adjusting the actual congestion states determined in the congestion state determining step; and a transmission step of transmitting to an output terminal, the result of the adjustments which has been made on the congestion states in the congestion state adjusting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
