METHOD FOR CONNECTING MULTIPLE THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECTS
To construct a gutter by connecting respective gutter blocks provided long along a road edge firmly with an adhesive so that there is no water leakage at a joint.SOLUTION: Crushed stones 22 are laid in a gutter 21 excavated along a road edge. A mortar 23 is poured over it to make it a smooth surface, and a large number of gutter blocks 2 are arranged on it. On an unjoined side surface of the gutter block 2 installed on the gutter 21, a 10 mm thick U-shaped adhesive-impregnated sponge body impregnated with an epoxy resin-based adhesive at a content of 0.23 to 0.28 g/cm3 is temporarily attached to the sponge of communicating air bubbles. By the adhesive-impregnated sponge body temporarily attached by pressing the side surface 20 of the side gutter block 2 to be joined to the side surface is compressed to 3 mm to reduce the volume, the impregnated adhesive of the adhesive-impregnated sponge body is filled into the air bubbles of the sponge body and overflows to the side surfaces to be joined, and the side gutter block side surfaces are joined firmly without water leakage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 道路端に沿って長く設けられた溝内に配置した各側溝ブロックを接着剤で強固に且つ接合部に洩水がないように連結して側溝を構築する。【解決手段】 道路端に沿って掘削した溝21に砕石22を敷きしめ、その上にモルタル23を流して平滑面とした上に側溝ブロック2を多数列設し、溝21上に設置した側溝ブロック2の未接合の側面に、連通気泡のスポンジにエポキシ樹脂系の接着剤を0.23~0.28g/cm3の含有率で含浸させた10mm厚みU字状の接着剤含浸スポンジ体を仮貼り付け、この側面に接合する側溝ブロック2の単体の接合する側面20を押し付けて仮貼り付けた接着剤含浸スポンジ体を3mmまで圧縮させて減容することで、接着剤含浸スポンジ体の含浸した接着剤をスポンジ体の気泡に充填するとともに接合する側面に溢出して側溝ブロック側面同士を強固且つ洩水なく接合する。【選択図】図2
