To provide a vibration roller control device, a control method, and a vibration roller surely giving a desired vibration to a new constructed asphalt road surface while preventing damage of an existing asphalt road surface in a construction of an asphalt pavement.SOLUTION: A control device 1 for controlling a vibrating roller that generates vibration on a front wheel and a rear wheel by rotating vibration-excitation shafts X1, X2 having eccentric weights Y1, Y2 respectively provided inside the front wheel and the rear wheel in a traveling direction by vibratory motors M3, M4, includes: a front wheel vibration start signal output unit 3 that outputs a front wheel vibration start signal for starting vibration of the front wheel so as to give vibration at a predetermined number of times to a road surface to be constructed per unit length; a calculation unit 4 that calculates the rear wheel vibration start timing based on a time width required from the start of vibration of the rear wheel to the vibration at a frequency that can give vibration to the road surface to be constructed a predetermined number of times; and a rear wheel vibration start signal output unit 5 that outputs a rear wheel vibration start signal which starts the vibration of the rear wheel at the rear wheel vibration start timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】アスファルト舗装の施工時における既設アスファルト路面の損傷を防ぎつつ、新設アスファルト路面に対して所望の振動をより確実に与えることが可能な振動ローラの制御装置、制御方法および振動ローラを提供する。【解決手段】進行方向に対する前輪及び後輪の内部に設けられた偏心錘Y1,Y2を備えた起振軸X1,X2を起振用モータM3,M4によって回転させて前輪及び後輪に振動を発生させる振動ローラの制御装置1は、単位長の施工対象路面に対して所定の回数で振動を与えるように前輪の振動を開始させる前輪振動開始信号を出力する前輪振動開始信号出力部3と、後輪が振動を開始してから所定の回数で施工対象路面に対して振動を与え得る振動数で振動するまでに要する時間幅に基づいて後輪振動開始タイミングを算出する演算部4と、後輪振動開始タイミングで後輪の振動を開始させる後輪振動開始信号を出力する後輪振動開始信号出力部5とを備える。【選択図】図3
