To provide a fixture with improved water tight action and an attachment method of the fixture.SOLUTION: A fixture 10 is placed on a roof 100 provided with roof material 110 and substrate material 120 to hold equipment. The fixture 10 is provided with: an attachment plate 20 on which the equipment is attached; an attachment member 30 to attach the attachment plate 20 on the roof 100; and a plate member 40 arranged between the attachment plate 20 and the roof material 110.
