LEVEL ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR HORIZONTALLY ASSEMBLING MOLDED MEMBER
To provide a level adjusting device for horizontally assembling molded members, which can solve the problem of a reinforced concrete structure and quickly construct a formwork frame of the concrete structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a level adjusting device for horizontally assembling a molded member, wherein, a molded member wall skeleton 9 is made by stacking ladder-shaped wall molding member 8 that is assembled and fixed in a ladder shape with two molding plates 4 having a dovetail groove 3 on the plate surface of a plate material 2 and a plurality of plate separators 7 processed with dovetails 6 at both ends in a plurality of stages using a dowel wood 9, and a wall skeleton E of a structure is formed by adjusting the level of the molded member wall skeleton 9 with the level adjusting device D, and the wall skeletons D of the structure are continuously constructed, thereby forming a formwork frame F of the structure. Concrete 13 is placed in the formwork frame E of the structure. The solidification of the concrete 13 forms a horizontal concrete structure in which the level adjusting device D plays the role of a reinforcing bar 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、鉄筋コンクリート構築物の課題を解決して、コンクリート構築物の型枠躯体が迅速に構築できる、成型部材を水平に組積するレベル調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】板材2の板面に蟻溝3を設けた二枚の成型用板材4と、両端に蟻ホゾ6加工した複数の板セパ7で梯子状に組固定した梯子状の壁成型部材8を、ダボ木9を用いて複数段組積して成る成型部材壁躯体9、該成型部材壁躯体9をレベル調整装置Dでレベルを調整して成る構築物の壁躯体E、該構築物の壁躯体Dを連続して構築することで構築物の型枠躯体Fを成し、該構築物の型枠躯体E内へ、コンクリート13を打設して、コンクリート13の凝固によって、レベル調整装置Dが鉄筋14の役割を成した、水平なコンクリート構築物を構築することを特徴とする、成型部材を水平に組積するレベル調整装置。【選択図】 図1
