To provide a technology for a road manager to easily and stably identify a road surface property.SOLUTION: A road management system 1 is comprised of: vehicles 100A, 100B, 100C having at least a position information sensor and road surface condition sensors 101A, 101B, 101C; a server computer 200 that manages a road surface property of a road on which the vehicle travels; and a client computer 300 that accesses the server computer. The server computer comprises an arithmetic logical unit 302, and the arithmetic logical unit executes such processes for: receiving permission information from the vehicle regarding the provision of road surface condition information; receiving the road surface condition information transmitted from the vehicle and associated with output information of the position information sensor and output information of the road surface condition sensor; identifying a road surface property of the road identified by the output information of the position information sensor using a plurality of pieces of output information of the road surface condition sensor; and causing the client computer to display the road surface property in response to a request from the client computer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】道路管理者が簡便かつ安定的に路面性状を特定する技術を提供する。【解決手段】道路管理システム１は、少なくとも位置情報センサーと、路面状態センサー１０１Ａ，１０１Ｂ，１０１Ｃとを有する車両１００Ａ，１００Ｂ，１００Ｃと、車両が走行する道路の路面性状を管理するサーバー計算機２００と、サーバー計算機にアクセスするクライアント計算機３００と、を有する。サーバー計算機は、演算部３０２を備え、演算部は、車両から路面状態の情報の提供に関する許諾情報を受信し、車両より送信され、位置情報センサーの出力情報と路面状態センサーの出力情報とを対応付けられた路面状態の情報を受信し、位置情報センサーの出力情報により特定される道路の路面性状を、路面状態センサーの出力情報を複数用いて特定し、クライアント計算機からの要求に応じて路面性状をクライアント計算機に表示させる処理を行う。【選択図】図１
