PRECAST FLOOR SLAB AND METHOD FOR LAYING THE SAME
To provide a precast floor slab which enables precise laying of a precast floor slab even when it is difficult to mount a jig for positioning on an upper surface of an upper flange of a beam, and to provide a method for laying the same.SOLUTION: A precast floor slab 60 laid on a beam 20 arranged in a rectangular frame shape has a floor slab body 40 having a rectangular shape in plan view and an engagement jig 50 mounted on its lower surface 42, in which in the lower surface 42, one set of insert nut units 45 composed of a plurality of insert nuts 46 are provided in the vicinity of each of side faces 43 and 44 of the floor slab body 40, the engagement jig 50 has a mounting piece 51 and an engagement piece 52, a plurality of sets of bolt hole units 53 having bolt holes 54 corresponding to each of the insert nuts 46 are provided on the mounting piece 51, the one set of bolt hole units 53 among the plurality of sets of bolt hole units 53 are aligned with the one set of insert nut units 45 and are bolt-joined thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】梁の上フランジの上面に位置決め用治具を取り付けることが困難な場合であってもプレキャスト床版を精緻に敷設することのできる、プレキャスト床版とその敷設方法を提供すること。【解決手段】矩形枠状に配設された梁２０の上に敷設されるプレキャスト床版６０であり、平面視矩形の床版本体４０とその下面４２に取り付けられている係合治具５０とを有し、下面４２のうち、床版本体４０の側面４３，４４の近傍にはそれぞれ、複数のインサートナット４６により構成される一組のインサートナットユニット４５が設けられ、係合治具５０は、取り付け片５１と係合片５２とを有し、取り付け片５１には、各インサートナット４６に対応するボルト孔５４を備えている複数組のボルト孔ユニット５３が設けられ、一組のインサートナットユニット４５に対して複数組のうちの一組のボルト孔ユニット５３が位置合わせされ、ボルト接合されている。【選択図】図３
