To solve the problem in which, on playground equipment, exercise, and various hobbies, the form and structure that children and elderly people play and enjoy together are not enough and there is no tendency to change, users feel little attraction and expectation to the exercise and hobby, a shortage of circumstance dealing therewith surroundings, and inconvenience that produces a variation in convenience due to stagnation of motivation.SOLUTION: In an unoccupied space part of a building floor, a mezzanine whole area of the part area is used exclusive for a playground equipment area, and the building floor is provided with an exercise area and a sport area. Static circumstances and kinetic circumstance are made to fuse by adopting at least one from a static exhibition room, a multipurpose room or the like other than kinetic circumstances between those three areas. Each area and each room extracted to which the formation of effective partition, the arrangement constitution, and the installation capacity within the building are indispensable, and planned circulation type kinetic and static circumstances can be created according to an even balance to an arrangement capacity, the number and extent of each area and each room, and the floor. These are constructed within new kinetic static circumstance facility, collective housing, a building adjacent to the collective housing, single housing, and a building adjacent to the single housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 遊具や運動、各趣味では、幼児から高齢者が一体化のプレー、楽しむ形態、構造に乏しく、変化がない傾向、ユーザーの運動や趣味への魅力や期待度の希薄、周囲に対応できる環境の不足、モチベーションの停滞に対する利便性にも差が生じている不都合を解決すること。【解決手段】 建物の階の空きの空間部に部分域の中二階全体域を遊具エリアの専用、階でエクササイズエリア、スポーツエリアを備えた、各三者間の動的環境以外で静的な展示室、多目的室、その他から、少なくとも一つのものの導入を含む静的環境と動的環境とが融合し、配置容量への兼ね合い、各エリア、各室の数と広さ、階に応じて効率的な分割の形成、配置構成、建物内の設置容量と不可欠な抽出の各エリアと各室、計画的循環型である動的と静的な環境の創出を可能にし、新規の動的静的環境施設内、集合住宅内、集合住宅に隣接の建物内、独立住宅内、独立住宅に隣接の建物内へ構築して、この課題を解決する。【選択図】図１
