ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE FOR SOLAR CELL MODULE AND ATTACHMENT METHOD THEREOF
To provide an attachment structure for a solar cell module and an attachment method thereof allowing a solar cell module to be precisely attached without any reinforcement and the like for a seam type folded plate roof as well as workability to be much improved.SOLUTION: An attachment structure in accordance with the present invention for a solar cell module is provided with: a panel support part having a groove part holding adhesive and a temporary engaging part for attaching adhesive tape; and a base part having a first and a second leg part extending downward from both end parts of the panel supporting part, tip parts of the first and the second leg part being placed opposite to each other with a gap. The base part is supported by a seam part of a seam type folded plate roof with the first and the second leg part placed in a way of clamping a neck of the seam part as well as fixed on the seam type folded plate roof with the adhesive applied on lower surfaces of the first and the second leg part to fix the solar cell module on the base part with the adhesive applied on the groove part of the panel support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ハゼ式折板屋根において補強等することなく正確に太陽電池モジュールを取り付けることができ、作業性も大幅に向上される太陽電池モジュールの取付構造及びその取付方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明によれば、接着剤を保持するための溝部と接着テープを取り付けるための仮止め部とを有するパネル支持部と、パネル支持部の両端部付近から下方に延びた第１及び第２の脚部を有し、第１及び第２の脚部の先端部が隙間を設けて対向するように配置された基台部を備えており、そして基台部は、ハゼ式折板屋根のハゼ部のネックを挟むように配置された第１及び第２の脚部によりハゼ部に保持されると共に、第１及び第２の脚部の下面に塗布された接着剤によりハゼ式折板屋根に固着されており、太陽電池モジュールは、パネル支持部の溝部に塗布された接着剤により基台部に固着されている太陽電池モジュールの取付構造などが提供される。【選択図】 図４
