To provide a road cone installation and collection device capable of automatically installing and collecting a road cone.SOLUTION: A road cone installation and collection device includes: a base 4 installed on a load-carrying platform 3 of a vehicle 2; a device body 5 installed on the base 4; an arm 6 attached to the device body 5; a horizontal swivel device 7 that swivels the arm 6 in the horizontal direction; and a vertical swivel device 8 that swivels the arm 6 in the vertical direction.
