To provide a locking device capable of improving a design thereof.SOLUTION: A locking device 2 includes: a pedestal fixed to a fixture 1; an operation part 3 that is attached rotatably with respect to the pedestal to lock and unlock the fixture 1 by a rotation operation; and a pedestal cover 4 covering the whole pedestal. The pedestal cover 4 is constituted of two cover members 40. The two cover members 40 are attached to the pedestal slidably with respect to the pedestal, and cover members 40 are configured to switch between a closed state that covers the entire pedestal and an open state where the pedestal is exposed by the slide movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
