To provide an additive for an extruded cement product capable of producing the extruded cement product with a good appearance regardless of an ignition loss of fly ash, and further improving productivity per unit time of the extruded cement product.SOLUTION: The additive for the extruded cement product includes a polymer(A) that is represented by a general formula(1) and contains an unsaturated polyether (a) and an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid (salt)(b) as essential constituent monomers, in which a content of the (a) is 60 to 90 wt.%, a content of the (b) is 10 to 40 wt.%, and a weight average molecular weight of the polymer (A) is 30,000 to 2,000,000, according to a total weight of the (a) and the (b). R1O-(AO)n-OH (1) [In the formula, R1 represents an alkenyl group having 3 to 5 carbon atoms, A represents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, AO represents an alkyleneoxy group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and n represents an average number of added moles of AO and is 40-200].SELECTED DRAWING: None
