FIXING METHOD OF METALLIC MEMBER AND FIXTURE
To provide a fixing method of a metallic member capable of fixing the metallic member and a fixture.SOLUTION: The present invention has a fixing member 20 including a first fixing part 21 in a plate shape and a second fixing part 22 integrated with one end of the first fixing part 21 at a prescribed angle, a back plate member 27, a nut 31 and a pin 35 inserted through a boss hole 25 of a boss part 24 and enlarging a diameter of the boss hole 25 while penetrating through a first shaped steel 1 or a second shaped steel 1'. The fixing member 20 and the back plate member 27 are fastened by inserting a bolt 34 through a bolt passage part 10 and a first insertion hole 23A or a second insertion hole 23B to be screwed with the nut 31 in a state in which the first fixing part 21 or the second fixing part 22 and the back plate member 27 clamp the first shaped steel 1 or the second shaped steel 1', and the pin 35 is inserted through the boss hole 25 of the boss part 24 and penetrated through the boss part 24 and the first shaped steel 1 or the second shaped steel 1' while enlarging the diameter of the boss hole 25 so that the fixing member 20 is integrated with the first shaped steel 1 or the second shaped steel 1'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】金属部材を固定することができる金属部材の固定方法及び固定金具を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、板状の第1固定部21と、第1固定部21の一端に所定角度で一体化された第2固定部22と、からなる固定部材20と、裏板部材27と、ナット31と、ボス部24のボス孔25に挿通され、ボス孔25を拡径するとともに、第1形鋼1または第2形鋼1’を貫通するピン35と、を有し、第1固定部21又は第2固定部22と裏板部材27とで第1形鋼1または第2形鋼1’を挟持した状態でボルト通過部10と、第1挿通穴23A又は第2挿通穴23Bとにボルト34を挿通してナット31を螺合することで固定部材20と裏板部材27とを緊締し、ボス部24のボス孔25にピン35を挿入して、ボス孔25を拡径しながらボス部24及び第1形鋼1または第2形鋼1’を貫通させて、固定部材20を第1形鋼1または第2形鋼1’と一体化することを特徴とする。【選択図】図5
