To provide a pivot hinge capable of preventing trouble caused by a pivot metal fitting being separated, at the time of position adjustment of a door with respect to a door frame.SOLUTION: A pivot hinge 10 includes: a fixed metal fitting 11 fixed to a door 101 or a door frame 100; and a pivot metal fitting 31 having a pivot shaft 21, and mounted on the fixed metal fitting 11. At the pivot metal fitting 31, a long hole 35 is formed, and by the long hole 35 and a screw 41 being inserted in the long hole 35, the pivot metal fitting 31 is position-adjusted and mounted with respect to the fixed metal fitting 11. Pivot hinge includes separation prevention means which prevents separation of the pivot metal fitting 31 from the fixed metal fitting 11, when the pivot metal fitting 31 is positioned in a position adjustment range defined by the long hole 35 and the screw 41, and which allows separation of the pivot metal fitting 31 from the fixed metal fitting 11, when the pivot metal fitting 31 is positioned at a predetermined position over the position adjustment range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
