ASSEMBLY BLOCK
To provide an assembly block that enables making a three-dimensional structure of various shapes as large articles of utility excellent in strength.SOLUTION: An assembly block comprises a combination of block pieces 1 having a planar shape of a square and an equilateral triangle respectively, a joint 2 for connecting the block pieces 1, and lock pieces 3 for fixing the joint 2 to the block pieces 1. These parts are formed by machining a metal plate. As for the block piece 1, a side plate part 12 is continuously-arranged on each side of a flat plate part 11. The joint 2 is configured so that plug pieces 22 may be protruded from a middle core 21. When the plug pieces 22 of the joint 2 are inserted into connecting slits 13 of the block piece 1, and the lock pieces 3 are inserted into retaining slits 14 of the block piece 1 and a retaining slit 23 of the joint 2 which are in communication, the plug pieces 22 are prevented from falling off the connecting slits 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】様々な形状の強度に優れた大きな実用品としての立体構造物を製作できる組立ブロックを提供する。【解決手段】平面形状が正方形及び正三角形であるブロックピース１と、ブロックピース１同士を連結するジョイント２と、ブロックピース１にジョイント２を固定するロック片３の組み合わせからなり、これらのパーツが金属板を加工して形成され、ブロックピース１は、平板部１１の各辺に側板部１２が連設され、ジョイント２は、中芯部２１からプラグ片２２が突出したものとする。ブロックピース１の連結用スリット１３にジョイント２のプラグ片２２を差し込み、連通したブロックピース１の抜止用スリット１４とジョイント２の抜止用スリット２３とにロック片３を差し込むと、連結用スリット１３からプラグ片２２が抜け止めされるようにする。【選択図】図１
