To provide an anti-vibration floating floor with high soundproof performance even in a living space with a huge flat area.SOLUTION: An anti-vibration floating floor 60 comprises a plurality of anti-vibration floating units 40 provided with a plurality of anti-vibration members 20 installed on a floor slab 10 of a building and floor material 30 supported on the plurality of anti-vibration members 20, wherein the plurality of anti-vibration floating units 40 is arranged one after another through first gaps 45 in a plan view, a second gap 46 is arranged between a wall 70 of a living space and the anti-vibration floating unit 40, and each of anti-vibration members 20 is arranged so that shared load of each of the plurality of anti-vibration floating members 20 becomes equal or generally equal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】平面積の広い居室においても、優れた防音性能を有する防振浮床を提供する。【解決手段】建物の床版１０に設置される複数の防振材２０と、複数の防振材２０に支持される床材３０と、を備える防振浮床ユニット４０を複数有する防振浮床６０であり、平面視において、複数の防振浮床ユニット４０が相互に第一隙間４５を介して配設され、居室の壁７０と防振浮床ユニット４０との間に第二隙間４６が設けられており、複数の防振材２０の分担荷重が同一もしくは略同一となるように、各防振材２０が配設されている。【選択図】図２
