To provide an anchor bolt inspection system capable of easily inspecting a position of an anchor bolt.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt inspection system 1B, which inspects the position of an anchor bolt installed in a column form of a foundation, comprises: a shaft member (a simple anchor) installed to the column form such that the axis of the shaft member is directed in the vertical direction; a distance measurement unit (a control unit 430, a distance measurement unit 480) that measures a distance in the plan view from the shaft member (the simple anchor) to an anchor bolt; a rotation angle measurement unit (the control unit 430, a rotation angle measurement unit 490) that measures the rotation angle between the reference direction passing through the center in the plan view of the shaft member, and a direction passing through the center in the plan view of the shaft member (the simple anchor) and the center in the plan view of the anchor bolt; and a measurement unit (the control unit 430) that measures the position of the anchor bolt on the basis of the measurement result obtained by the distance measurement unit and the measurement result obtained by the rotation angle measurement unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
