SHEET GUIDE MECHANISM OF SHEET SHUTTER
To make components more compact, facilitate packaging, shipping, and other handling processes, and enhance the efficiency of assembly at sites, by forming the components of right and left sheet guides of a sheet shutter separately.SOLUTION: A sheet guide mechanism for a sheet shutter comprises: a guide frame 44 having a sheet guide 2 fixed thereon on a rear surface side on a structural member 6 side and having a peripheral wall formed to surround the rear surface side, an outer surface side, and an outer front surface side; and a guide groove 46 fitted on the guide frame 44 to be open and made to face each other for housing both ends of a sheet 42 and guiding upward and downward motions thereof. Furthermore, the sheet guide mechanism is formed separately by: a rail member 47 having a peripheral wall of which a front part on an inner surface side and an inner side of a front surface continue from a peripheral wall 47a on the open side of the guide groove 46 and surrounding the inner side wall and the inner side portion of the front surface of the rail guide 2; and a plate-form cover member 48 fixed by fitting or inserting into an opening formed to extend in such a way that the guide frame 44 is located opposite an edge part of a cross section on a front surface of the peripheral wall of the rail member 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】シートシャッターの左右のシートガイドの部材を分割形成することにより、部材の小型化、梱包や搬送等の取扱いの容易化及び現場組立の効率化を図る。【解決手段】シートガイド２を背面側で構造部材６側に取付固定され、周壁が背面側と外側面側及び前面の外側部分を囲み形成されたガイドフレーム４４と、ガイドフレーム４４に取付けられ左右で互に向き合って開放されシート４２の両端を収容して昇降ガイドするガイド溝４６を備え、周壁を内面側前部と前面の内側を周壁がガイド溝４６開放側の周壁４７ａに連続してシートガイド２の内側壁と前面の内側部分を囲み形成するレール部材４７と、ガイドフレーム４４とレ―ル部材４７の周壁の前面の断面端部が互に向き合うように延設形成された開口部に嵌合又は差込み固定される板状のカバー部材４８とに分割形成してなる。【選択図】図１１
