PAINT COATING TOOL SUITABLE FOR CORNER WORK
To provide a paint coating tool which can be effectively coated on a wall and a corner and can improve working efficiency.SOLUTION: A paint coating tool includes support mechanisms, in which the support mechanisms are mutually fixed and connected and include support rods 11, storage cylinders 3 and guide frames 12. A first coating mechanism for rotatably coating a wall around the guide frame so as to face each other is provided on an outer end of the guide frame, a jet mechanism 6 for providing a first coating mechanism paint coating material is provided on the right side of the guide frame, the jet mechanism is positioned on the lower side of the first coating mechanism, a second coating mechanism laterally movable in an axial direction of the guide frame is provided in the guide frame, the second coating mechanism coats a corner, a driving mechanism for moving and driving the second coating mechanism is provided in the axial direction of the guide frame, a storage chamber 3a for storing a paint coating material in the storage cylinder is provided, and a supplying/discharging unit for introducing the paint coating material into the storage chamber and conveying the introduced paint coating material into the second coating mechanism or the jet mechanism is provided in the storage chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】壁およびコーナに対して効果的に塗装でき、作業効率を向上させ得るペンキ塗装具を提供する。【解決手段】ペンキ塗装具は支持機構を含み、支持機構は相互に固定接続され、支持ロッド１１、貯料筒３と案内フレーム１２を含み、案内フレームの外端に、案内フレームを回って回転可能に、壁に対向して塗装する第１塗装機構が設置され、案内フレームの右側に、第１塗装機構ペンキ塗料を提供するための噴出機構６が設けられ、噴出機構は第１塗装機構の下側に位置しており、案内フレーム内に、案内フレームの軸方向に沿って左右移動が可能な第２塗装機構が設けられ、第２塗装機構はコーナを塗装し、案内フレームの軸方向に沿って第２塗装機構を移動駆動する駆動機構が設けられ、貯料筒内にペンキ塗料を貯蓄する貯料室３ａが設けられ、貯料室内に、ペンキ塗料を貯料室内へ導入して、第２塗装機構または噴出機構内へ輸送する供排ユニットが設けられている。【選択図】図３
