HOUSING OUTER WALL LIGHTWEIGHT MORTAR THIN-APPLYING FINISHING METHOD
To provide a housing outer wall lightweight mortar thin-application finishing method which can suppress bulging of a substrate portion on a joint part of a ribbed lath, especially a three-fold spot by reducing a ridge height of the ribbed lath being a substrate material member by about 1 mm from 4 mm and can finish the entire mortar application thickness in the thin-application state.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a plurality of groove strip ribs 2 extending in the horizontal direction are provided with an interval, a lath material formed with a mesh part 3 and a waterproof sheet 6 attached to one surface side of the lath material are provided between the groove strip ribs 2, the interval between the groove strip rib 2 and the groove strip rib 2 of the lath material is between 60 mm and 90 mm, the ridge height of the rib is the height lower than 4 mm, and the terminal groove strip rib 4 is made by using a plurality of substrate members for mortar application outer wall formation that are provided with hook-shaped folded small ribs 5 extending from rib outer side ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本件発明は、下地材部材であるリブラスの山高さを4mmより1mm程度低くすることで、リブラスのジョイント部における、特に3枚重ねの個所での下地部分が盛り上がるのを抑えることができ、全体的なモルタルの塗り厚を薄塗り状態で仕上げることができる住宅の外壁軽量モルタル薄塗仕上げ工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、水平方向に延びる溝条リブ2が間隔をあけて複数設けられ、前記溝条リブ2間には網目部3が形成されたラス材と、該ラス材の一面側に貼着された防水シート6とを有し、前記ラス材の溝条リブ2と溝条リブ2との間隔は60mmから90mmの間隔とし、リブの山高さを4mmより低い高さとし、端末溝条リブ4は、リブ外側端部から延出するフック状折り曲げ小リブ5を設けて形成されたモルタル塗り外壁形成用の下地部材を複数使用してなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
