The leg rubber 21 is a rubber or elastomer member comprised of a pair of half bodies 21a and 21a spaced at an interval, and a columnar shaft part 21b for connecting the half bodies to each other. The thickness T of the plate 11 is equal to or thinner than the width W1 of a connecting groove 21c, and the plate 11 includes, formed therein, a hole 22 for storing the shaft part 21b and a guide groove 23 for passing the shaft part 21b to the hole 22.
