DRIVING-DOWN DEVICE FOR PILE PRESS-FITTING MACHINE
To provide a driving-down device for a pile press-fitting machine that prevents a tubular pile from separating and falling during lifting without imposing inefficiency on a pile press-fitting process when the tubular pile is press-fitted into the ground by the pile press-fitting machine.SOLUTION: A driving-down device 40A that is connected to an end of a tubular pile 20 so as to extend the tubular pile 20 and is gripped by a chuck device of a pile press-fitting machine so that the tubular pile 20 can be press-fitted into the ground by the pile press-fitting machine comprises a main body 42, a clamping device 41 that is inserted into the tubular pile 20 and expands in diameter to grip the tubular pile 20, and a detachment prevention member 43a that prevents the clamping device 41 from detaching from the tubular pile 20 by invading a lower region (hole 20H) of a constituent member (wall portion 20W) of the tubular pile 20 with the insertion direction of the clamping device 41 into the tubular pile 20 downward. The detachment prevention member 43a is capable of drive control of the advance/retreat operation of moving to the detachment prevention position and the detachment prevention release position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】杭圧入機により管状杭を地盤に圧入させるに際して、杭圧入工程に非効率を強いることなく、吊り上げ時、当該管状杭が分離、落下することを防止する杭圧入機の打ち下げ装置を提供する。【解決手段】管状杭２０を延長するように管状杭２０の端部に連結され、杭圧入機のチャック装置に把持されて当該杭圧入機により管状杭２０を地盤に圧入可能にする打ち下げ装置４０Ａであって、本体部４２と、管状杭２０内に挿入されて拡径することで管状杭２０を把持するクランプ装置４１と、クランプ装置４１の管状杭２０内への挿入方向を下方向として、管状杭２０の構成部材（壁部２０Ｗ）の下方域（孔２０Ｈ）に侵入することで、クランプ装置４１の管状杭２０内からの離脱を阻止する離脱阻止部材４３ａとを備える。離脱阻止部材４３ａは、離脱阻止位置と、離脱阻止解除位置とに移動する進退動作が駆動制御可能にされている。【選択図】図４
