To provide an alarm control device capable of improving work efficiency via suppression of notification more than necessary by optimizing an alarm to an operator, while transmitting, to the operator, information to be notified, and to provide an alarm management system thereof.SOLUTION: In an alarm management system, an alarm control device is provided in a machine comprising a plurality of state quantity sensors and a notification device that notifies an operator of a situation, and controls an alarm to the operator by giving a command to the notification device in accordance with outputs of the plurality of state quantity sensors. Feature vectors, being the outputs of the plurality of state quantity sensors, determine whether to belong to a specified area or a semi-specified area associated with a specified operational state, and instruct a first notification operation if the feature vectors belong to the specified area, a second notification operation if the feature vectors belonging to the semi-specified area are closer to the specified area than feature vectors before one cycle, and a third notification operation if the feature vectors belonging to the semi-specified area are more distant from the specified area than the feature vectors before one cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】オペレータへの警報を適正化し、報知すべき情報をオペレータに伝えつつ必要以上の報知を抑えて作業効率を向上させることができる警報制御装置及び警報管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】警報管理システムにおいて、警報制御装置は、複数の状態量センサと、オペレータに対して状況を報知する報知装置とを有する機械に設けられ、複数の状態量センサの出力に応じて報知装置に指令してオペレータへの警報を制御する。複数の状態量センサの出力である特徴ベクトルが、指定動作状態に紐付けされた指定領域又は準指定領域に属するかを判定し、特徴ベクトルが指定領域に属していれば第１報知動作を、特徴ベクトルが準指定領域に属し１サイクル前の特徴ベクトルより指定領域に近ければ第２報知動作を、特徴ベクトルが準指定領域に属し１サイクル前の特徴ベクトルより指定領域から遠ければ第３報知動作を、報知装置に指令する。【選択図】図１０
