REINFORCEMENT STEEL PLATE ASSEMBLY AND EXISTING STRUCTURE REINFORCEMENT METHOD
To provide a reinforcement steel plate assembly and existing structure reinforcement method that do not require temporary construction for securing a work space such as earth retaining and that can press-fit a reinforcement steel plate even if an unbalanced pressure acts.SOLUTION: A reinforcement steel plate assembly 1 assembled from a plurality of reinforcement steel plates 2 used for seismic retrofitting of an existing columnar structure (bridge pier P1) includes: a reinforcement steel plate assembly 3 assembled in a cylindrical shape in which a plurality of reinforcement steel plates 2 are joined to form a similar cross-sectional shape that is separated from the cross-sectional shape of the existing structure (bridge pier P1) by a prescribed distance; a plurality of spacers 4 projected inward from an inner peripheral surface 3a of the reinforcement steel plate assembly 3 and that secure a space for filling a filler 6 between the existing structure (bridge pier P1) and itself; and a roller 5 that is axially supported by at least one of the plurality of spacers 4 and is rotatable in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】土留めなどの作業空間を確保するための仮設工事が不要で、偏圧が作用しても補強鋼板を圧入することができる補強鋼板組立体及び既設構造物の補強方法を提供する。【解決手段】柱状の既設構造物(橋脚P1)の耐震補強として用いられる複数枚の補強鋼板2から組み立てられた補強鋼板組立体1において、複数枚の補強鋼板2が接合されて既設構造物(橋脚P1)の断面形状と一定距離離間した相似の断面形状となった筒状に組み立てられた補強鋼板組立体本体3と、この補強鋼板組立体本体3の内周面3aから内側に向け突設され、前記既設構造物(橋脚P1)との間に充填材6を充填するスペースを確保する複数のスペーサ4と、これらの複数のスペーサ4の少なくとも一つに横方向に軸支されて縦方向に回転自在なローラ5を設ける。【選択図】図2
