To ensure the improvement of the aesthetic appearance and visibility of a shutter available as an eaves upon configuration thereof in which a pair of guide rails supporting the right and left edges of a shutter curtain are divided vertically into an upper guide rail and a lower guide rail, and the upper end of the upper guide rail is supported in a pivotable manner to take between a shutter posture and an eaves posture.SOLUTION: A rail driving device for pivoting an upper guide rail is configured to include a synchronous shaft 10 that rotates forward and reverse and a transmission device 17 that transmits the forward and reverse rotation of the synchronous shaft 10 to pivot shafts 15 of left and right upper guide rails 12, and in which the synchronous shaft 10 and the transmission device 17 are located inside the shutter case 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】シャッターカーテンの左右縁部を支持する左右一対のガイドレールを、上側ガイドレールと下側ガイドレールとに上下に分割し、上側ガイドレールの上端側をシャッター姿勢と庇姿勢とに揺動自在に枢支することで庇兼用のシャッター装置とするにあたり、意匠性の向上、視界の向上を図る。【解決手段】上側ガイドレールを揺動せしめるレール用駆動装置を、正逆回動する同期軸１０と、該同期軸１０の正逆回動を左右の上側ガイドレール１２の枢支軸１２に伝達する伝動装置１７とを用いて構成するとともに、同期軸１０および伝動装置１７をシャッターケース２内に配設した。【選択図】図４
