To provide a work auxiliary tool capable of fixing a repair member to a repair surface with good workability.SOLUTION: A work auxiliary tool 1 is used when fixing a repair member S along a repair surface Ta of a structure T to be repaired and comprises an attachment part 2 attached to a body of a worker P, and an extension part 3 extending from the attachment part 2, and a pressing part 5 which is provided on the extension part 3 and presses the repair member S against the repair surface Ta. The pressing part 5 extends in a second direction (Y direction) crossing a first direction (X direction) which is an extension direction in which the extension part 3 extends from the attachment part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
