To prevent deformation of a screw fastening portion of a bottom plate 8b of a shutter case 5, which is fastened to a bracket portion 6 via screws 10c, when the bottom plate 8b is subjected to a direct load of bending toward the outdoor side due to strong wind or an indirect load of the shutter curtain, which bends toward the outdoor side due to strong wind, contacting the bottom plate 8b in a pressurized manner.SOLUTION: With a diameter of an insertion hole 8e of a screw 10c being larger than a diameter of a screw, a rising reinforcing portion 8f is formed by burring to increase the strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ブラケット部６にビス１０ｃを介して締結されるシャッターケース５の下面板部８ｂが、強風を受けて屋外側に撓む直接的な負荷や、強風を受けて屋外側に撓んだシャッターカーテンが下面板部８ｂに押圧状に当接する間接的な負荷を受けたときの下面板部８ｂのビス締結部位の変形を防止する。【解決手段】ビス１０ｃの挿入孔８ｅを、ビス径よりも大径の状態でバーリング加工により立ち上がり状の補強部８ｆを形成して強度アップを図るようにする。【選択図】図７
