MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR SEAWATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM
To provide a management method for a seawater circulation system that can discharge sludge remaining in an intake pipe, etc. without supplying it to a cooler.SOLUTION: A seawater circulation system comprises an intake pipe, a plurality of branch pipes having a supply pipe and a discharge pipe, a water discharge pipe that joins each discharge pipe and discharges seawater, and a circulation pump installed in the intake pipe that supplies the seawater taken in by the intake pipe to each cooler. A management method of the seawater circulation system comprises a circulation pump stop step for stopping the circulation pump, an inspection/cleaning step for inspecting the circulation pump and at least cleaning the intake pipe and the supply pipe, a bypass pipe installation step in which a bypass pipe that bypasses the cooler is attached to at least one branch pipe, a trial run step in which a trial run of the circulation pump is performed, a bypass pipe removal step in which the circulation pump is stopped and the bypass pipe is removed, and a normal operation step that drives the circulation pump and continuously supplies seawater to each cooler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
