To carry out work in a concentrated manner blocking an obliquely forward visual field of an opening side seen from a user who uses a top plate, and to facilitate entry/exit into/from a partition device.SOLUTION: A partition device comprises: a first panel 31 provided at a rear part of a top plate 2; a second panel 32 disposed away from and in parallel with the first panel 31 with the top plate 2 between; a third panel 33 disposed on the lateral side of the top plate 2 to orthogonally connect the first and second panels 31, 32; and a fourth panel 34 provided on a side opposite to the third panel 33 with top plate 2 between to form an opening R with the second panel 32. A first distance L1 perpendicularly connecting a first opening end 34a of the fourth panel 34 on the opening R side and a reference line P is larger than a second distance L2 perpendicularly connecting a second opening end 32a opposite to the first opening end 34a with the opening R between and the reference line P, the reference line P being a perpendicular line from the horizontal center of the second panel 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
