To provide an outdoor switch gear having a ventilator structure which eliminates a need of disassembly during transportation and assembly on site and deals with a height limit during the transportation.SOLUTION: In an outdoor switch gear, a ventilator is provided on a roof board. The ventilator has: a vent hole; a waterproof cover which covers a periphery of the vent hole; and a vent hole cover which covers an upper part of the vent hole. The waterproof cover comprises a first waterproof cover and a second waterproof cover which may be divided vertically. 【課題】輸送時の解体や現地での組立て作業が不要となる、輸送時の高さ制限に対応したベンチレータ構造を有する屋外スイッチギヤを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】屋根板上にベンチレータを設けた屋外スイッチギヤであって、ベンチレータは、通気口と、通気口の周囲を覆う防水カバーと、通気口の上部を覆う通気口カバーを有し、防水カバーは上下に分割可能な第１の防水カバーと第２の防水カバーからなり、第１の防水カバーと第２の防水カバーは、ヒンジを介して展開可能である構成とした。【選択図】図３
