ROOF MATERIAL-INTEGRATED SOLAR CELL MODULE
To provide a roof material-integrated solar cell module which is lightweight, has easiness of folding as a roof material, and achieves both mechanical strength and durability.SOLUTION: A roof material-integrated solar cell module includes a metal thin plate member 5, a solar cell module part that includes a solar cell 3 and resin layers 1, 2 and 4 sealing the solar cell and is bonded to one surface of the thin plate member in a state in which a light-receiving surface of the solar cell faces outward in an approximately vertical direction to the surface of the thin plate member and extends in a surface direction of the thin plate member, and reinforcing layers 6 and 7 bonded in a region facing the solar cell module part on the other surface of the thin plate member, in which the thin plate member has a part 5s projecting in the surface direction from between the solar cell module part and the reinforcing layer, and the projecting part can be bent in a direction vertical to the surface of the thin plate member .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 屋根材と一体型の太陽電池モジュールに於いて、軽量及び屋根材としての折り曲げ加工の容易性と機械的強度及び耐久性との両立を達成する。【解決手段】 屋根材一体型の太陽電池モジュールaは、金属製の薄板部材5と、太陽電池セル3と該太陽電池セルを封止した樹脂層1、2、4とを含み、太陽電池セルの受光面が薄板部材の面に対して略垂直方向外方を向き薄板部材の面方向に沿って延在した状態で薄板部材の一方の面上に接着されている太陽電池モジュール部と、薄板部材の他方の面上の太陽電池モジュール部に対向した領域にて接着された補強層6、7とを含み、薄板部材が太陽電池モジュール部と補強層との間から面方向に突出した部分5sを有し、該突出した部分が薄板部材の面に対して垂直方向に曲げ加工可能となっている。【選択図】 図1
