To reduce the reduction in habitability and design restrictions while arranging beams extending in the girder direction.SOLUTION: There is provided a column beam structure includes an internal frame containing a first beam extending in the beam-to-beam direction of the building inside the building and an external frame including outer columns arranged in the girder direction of the building and extending in the height direction at least at both ends in the beam-to-beam direction, a second beam that extends in the girder direction at both ends in the beam-to-beam direction and is erected between the outer columns, and a third beam that extends in the beam-to-beam direction at both ends in the girder direction and is erected between the outer columns and faces the interior space of the building so as to configure the outer circumference of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
