To provide a laminate that keeps rigidity, is light in weight and is particularly soundproofed against high frequency noise and a soundproof member, and a method for producing the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate has a urethane foamed layer including continuous and opened cells and having a flow resistance of 350,000 N s/m4 or less and a density of 10 kg/m3 or more, and a thickness more than 15 mm, and a resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin. The laminate has a density of 70 kg/m3 or more, and a modulus of 0.01 N m2 or more as measured at 10 mm width.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】剛性を維持し、軽量かつ、特に高周波音に対する防音性に優れた積層体及び防音部材、並びに前記積層体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】連続且つ開放な気泡を有し、流れ抵抗が３５０，０００Ｎ・ｓ／ｍ４以下、且つ密度が１０ｋｇ／ｍ３以上であり、１５ｍｍ超の厚さを有するウレタンフォーム層と、熱可塑性樹脂を含む樹脂層とを備え、密度が７０ｋｇ／ｍ３以上であり、且つ１０ｍｍ幅で測定したモジュラスが０．０１Ｎ・ｍ２以上である積層体。【選択図】なし
