To provide a curable resin composition having excellent coatability and also provide a laminate containing a cured product of a curable resin composition having stain resistance, impact resistance, tensile breaking strength and tensile breaking elongation in a balanced manner.SOLUTION: A curable resin composition contains a component (A), a component (B) and one or more components (C), the component (A) being 65 mass%-85 mass% relative to 100 mass% of the total of the components (A)-(C). Component (A): a methacrylate having a C1-6 alkyl group. Component (B): a urethane methacrylate with a number average molecular weight of 3,000-18,000. 【課題】本発明は、塗装作業性が良好な硬化性樹脂組成物を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明は、耐汚染性、耐衝撃性及び引張破壊強度と引張破断伸度のバランスに優れた硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を含む積層体を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】下記成分（Ａ）、下記成分（Ｂ）及び１種以上の下記成分（Ｃ）を含有し、前記成分（Ａ）～（Ｃ）の合計１００質量％に対して、前記成分（Ａ）を６５質量％～８５質量％含む硬化性樹脂組成物：成分（Ａ）：炭素数１以上６以下のアルキル基を有する（メタ）アクリレート成分（Ｂ）：数平均分子量が３，０００～１８，０００であるウレタン（メタ）アクリレート成分（Ｃ）：前記成分（Ｂ）以外の重合体。【選択図】なし
