REINFORCED PANEL WALL KEEL STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING THEREOF
To provide a reinforced panel wall keel structure and its disassembly and assembly method, which solves the problems of poor strength at the connection points of the keel and inconvenient installation and disassembly in the conventional technology.SOLUTION: A reinforced panel wall keel structure includes a vertical column and a transverse beam 2; insertion holes 11 are provided in both side walls of the vertical column; connection materials 4 are fixed inside both ends of the transverse beam 2; connection holes 41 are provided in the connection materials 4; an insertion column 5 is provided in the left connecting hole 41 in the transverse beam 2; an expansion groove 51 is formed in the front side wall of the insertion column 5; teeth are arranged in the groove wall of the expansion groove 51; lock grooves are provided at both ends of the expansion groove 51; a lock rod 6 is provided in the connection material 4; an elastic restoration mechanism is provided between the lock rod 6 and the connection material 4; a through hole is provided in the front side wall of the transverse beam 2; a tooth groove is formed in the bar wall of the inner end of the left end lock rod 6 of the transverse beam 2; and the elastic restoration mechanism can interlock the lock rod 6 at the end of the transverse beam 2 so as to pass through the through hole, whereby the inner end of the lock rod 6 is aligned with the front hole wall of the connection hole 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来技術におけるキールの接続点の強度が悪く、取付と分解が不便である問題を解決した、補強型パネル壁キール構造及びその分解・組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】立柱と横梁2とを含み、立柱の両側壁に挿入穴11が設けられ、横梁2における両端の内側にそれぞれ接続材4が固定され、接続材4に接続穴41が設けられ、横梁2における左側の接続穴41内に挿入柱5が設けられ、挿入柱5の前側壁に伸縮溝51が形成され、伸縮溝51の溝壁に歯が配列され、伸縮溝51の両端にロック溝が設けられ、接続材4にロック棒6が設けられ、ロック棒6と接続材4との間に弾性復位機構が設けられ、横梁2の前側壁に貫通穴が設けられ、横梁2における左端のロック棒6の内端の棒壁に歯溝が形成され、弾性復位機構は横梁2の端部のロック棒6を、貫通穴を通り抜けるように連動させることができ、これでロック棒6の内端が接続穴41の前側穴壁に位置合わせする。【選択図】図2
