PANEL MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PANEL
To provide a method for manufacturing a panel that can increase joining strength from an initial stage and maintain the joining strength without using an adhesive.SOLUTION: A panel 100 has a plurality of base materials 110 arranged so that two adjacent pieces are in contact with each other with their longitudinal directions aligned, each having a plurality of holes penetrating in the arrangement direction, and a plurality of fasteners 130 that are press-fitted into each of the holes, one by one in the arrangement direction, to fasten the plurality of base materials. A first wood material, which is at least two of the plurality of base materials, has a moisture content higher than equilibrium moisture content of internal space formed when a building is constructed using panels. The fastening material is a wood material having a columnar main body portion and a plurality of projecting portions radially protruding from the main body portion, and has a larger air-dry specific gravity than the first wood material, and has a moisture content lower than the equilibrium moisture content. The projecting portions are arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the fastener, and ends of the adjacent projecting portions on the side of the main body portion are connected to each other, and tips of the protruding portions have deformation portions that deform along circumference of the holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接着剤を用いずに、初期段階から接合耐力を高め、かつ、接合耐力を維持できるパネルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】パネル100は、長手方向を揃えて隣り合う2本が接するように配列され、配列方向に貫通する複数の穴をそれぞれ備える複数の基材110と、穴のそれぞれに1本ずつ配列方向に圧入されて複数の基材を締結する複数の締結材130と、を備える。複数の基材のうち少なくとも2本以上である第1の木材はパネルを用いて建築物が建築された場合に形成される内部空間の平衡含水率より高い含水率である。締結材は、円柱状の本体部と、本体部から径方向に突出する複数の突出部を備え、第1の木材より気乾比重が大きい木材であり、平衡含水率より低い含水率である。突出部は、締結材の長手方向と平行して配置され、隣接する突出部における本体部の側の端部同士が接続し、突出部の先端部が穴の周面に沿って変形する変形部を備える。【選択図】図1
