To provide logistic facilities allowing a space in which a truck terminal for delivery of objects between vehicles and a storage for storage and picking work for the objects are coexisted.SOLUTION: Logistic facilities are provided with a storage and a truck terminal arranged on a roof floor of the storage. The truck terminal may comprise object handling places 310A, 310B handling objects delivered between vehicles, and parking spaces 320A, 320B, placed adjacent to the objects handling spaces, where the vehicles for carrying-in/out objects are parked. The parking spaces may include a first parking space arranged in first side walls of the object handling places and arranged adjacent to first opening parts 321A, 321B for carrying-in the objects from the vehicles, and a second parking space arranged in second walls opposite to the first walls of the object handling places and arranged adjacent to second opening parts 323A, 323B for carrying-out of the objects to the vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】車両間で荷物の受け渡しが行われるトラックターミナル施設と、荷物の保管及びピッキングの作業などが行われる倉庫施設とが限られたスペースで共存できる物流施設を提供する。【解決手段】物流施設は、倉庫施設と、倉庫施設の屋上に設けられたトラックターミナル施設とを備える。トラックターミナル施設は、車両間で受け渡しされる荷物を扱う荷扱場３１０Ａ，Ｂと、荷扱場に隣接して配置され、荷物の搬入または搬出を行う車両を停留させる停留スペース３２０Ａ，ｂとを有してよい。停留スペースは、荷扱場の第１側壁に設けられ、車両からの荷物の搬入を行う第１開口部３２１Ａ，Ｂに隣接して設けられる第１停留スペースと、荷扱場の第１側壁と反対側の第２側壁に設けられ、車両への荷物の搬出を行う第２開口部３２３Ａ，Ｂに隣接して設けられる第２停留スペースとを含んでよい。【選択図】図５
