REINFORCEMENT MATERIAL PUSH-UP METHOD AND PUSH-UP FIXING DEVICE
To provide a method and a device for more easily performing a work for pushing-up and fixing a reinforcing material into a hollow columnar object than a conventional work.SOLUTION: A push-up fixing device 1 includes: a fixing blade 10 having blades 12 and 13 extending obliquely downward from a central part 11; a core rod 20 suspended from the central part 11 of the fixing blade; a reaction force generation member 30 loosely inserted into the core rod 20; a support nut 40 which is screwed to the core rod 20, supports the reaction force generation member 30 from below and rotates the same, and thereby applies an upward pressure to the reaction force generation member 30; a reinforcement material holding member 50 supported by the support nut 40 together with the reaction force generation member 30; and a push-up rod 60 which is brought into contact with the support nut 40 from below, and rotates the support nut 40 by rotation operation with the core rod 20 as a rotating shaft. A cylindrical reinforcement material is held on the reinforcement material holding member 50 while an outer peripheral surface of the reinforcement material is wound around the reinforcement material holding member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】中空柱状物の中に補強材を押し上げて固定する作業を、従来よりも簡単に行える方法と装置を提案する。【解決手段】この方法用の押上固定装置1は、中央部11から斜め下向きに延出した翼部12,13を備えた固定刃10と、固定刃の中央部11から垂下する芯棒20と、芯棒20に緩挿された反力発生部材30と、芯棒20に螺合して反力発生部材30を下から支持し且つ回転させることで反力発生部材30に上向圧力を加える支持ナット40と、反力発生部材30と共に支持ナット40で支持される補強材保持部材50と、支持ナット40に下から当接し且つ芯棒20を回転軸として回転操作されることで支持ナット40を回す押上棒60とを有する。補強材保持部材50に、筒状の補強材が外周面を巻き付けて保持される。【選択図】図1
