To provide a bearing wall with an increased wall magnification of a wooden building.SOLUTION: There is provided a bearing wall 2 for a wooden house. A height of a foundation 10 of a part where the bearing wall 2 is installed is higher than that of another foundation 1 part. Since the height of the bearing wall 2 installed in that part is low, an amount of deformation is small, and a bearing capacity of the bearing wall 2 is large as a result. Thus, it is possible to provide a house that can withstand a horizontal force caused by an earthquake or typhoon, can reduce the cost, and is rich in changeful design.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】木造建築物の壁倍率を増大させた耐力壁を提供する。【解決手段】木造住宅の耐力壁２であって、耐力壁２が設置される部分の基礎１０の高さをその他の基礎１部分の高さよりより高いものとしてあり、その部分に設置する耐力壁２の高さが低いものとなるので変形量が小さくなり、耐力壁２の耐力が結果的に大きなものとなり、地震や台風による水平力に耐えることができるようになると共にコストを低減することができ、また、意匠的にも変化に富んだ住宅を提供できる。【選択図】図３
