To prevent an inner surface member from being peeled off even when relatively large force is applied to the inner surface member in a direction where the inner surface member is peeled off.SOLUTION: A peeling prevention member 50 is arranged in a backfill filling space S between an existing pipe conduit P and an inner surface member 2. Also, the peeling prevention member 50 comprises: a first locking part 61 and a second locking part 71 that can be locked to two mounting parts 21 of the inner surface member 2, a first anchor part 62 protruding outward from the first locking part 61, and a second anchor part 72 protruding outward from the second locking part 71. The first anchor part 62 has a first extending part 62b extending in a circumferential direction.
